Since 1991, Dr. Eugene Alexander has cared for people of the Fort Smith region. He was on staff at Cooper Clinic, Paris until 2005 when he joined the VA Clinic of Fort Smith. In 2007 Dr. Alexander returned to Cooper Clinic to practice medicine at ProMed Urgent Care.
