Chemotherapy



Chemotherapy is provided in the Hembree Regional Cancer Center at 7301 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith.  For over 30 years, the physicians and staff of the Cooper Clinic Hematology/Oncology Department have diagnosed and treated cancer and abnormalities of the blood. The five board certified physicians and their dedicated staff care for more than 500 patients weekly.  They provide consultation, chemotherapy, I.V. fluid therapy, I.V. antibiotic therapy, I.V. iron infusion, injections, and lab services. In addition to comprehensive medical care, the Hembree Center treats patients as family with caring, confidence, and reassurance.

Parking
For the convenience of patients, covered parking is available behind the Hembree Regional Cancer Center.  This parking area is for Hembree patients ONLY. The entrance to the parking area is on the north end of the St. Edward Mercy Medical Center front parking lot between the hospital and the Hembree Center.  As you leave your appointment, you will be given a code to exit the parking area.
